How Does EmSculpt Work?
The EmSculpt treatment works by directing highly-focused electromagnetic energy to a targeted body area by way of a lightweight, paddle-like handpiece. The energy emitting from this handpiece transmits into the muscles, compelling them to contract in a way that is not possible through any type of exercise.
The muscle contractions experienced during an EmSculpt treatment are defined as supramaximal contractions. As such, a single EmSculpt treatment is equivalent to approximately 20,000 exercises (sit-ups, squats, bicep curls, etc.).
